Tailor your package

We often have clients requiring a unique solution. For example, the car dealership who needed 2 Music On Hold productions of 10 prompts each; one for their showroom and the other for their service centre. They wanted most of the prompts to be generic enough to make sense if a customer were calling either the showroom or service centre, but then a couple of prompts to be unqiue and specific to the locations. So rather than charging twice, we simply suggested they use our 'Base Package' (which is the most economical way of having up to 10 prompts) then added 2 additional prompts to the order, giving the client 8 prompts that could be fairly generic (but still all about the parent company), then leaving 2 prompts all about the showroom and 2 all about the service centre.

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS & HARDWARE

EXTRA VOICE

This is great for adding variety and another dimension to your audio brand image. Therefore instead of having one male or female voice, you can rotate between male and female throughout the messages.

EXTRA PROMPT

If you require more than the 10 prompts from our base package, simply add more.

AUTO ATTENDANT / IVR (interactive voice response) MESSAGE SETS

This is great if you'd like your same professional voiceover to record your initial welcome message, outbound voicemail message or auto attendant prompts. We charge per set of either a complete single message (eg initial welcome or 'out of hours') or a list of options lasting up to about 20 seconds.

HARDWARE - SOLID STATE MUSIC-ON-HOLD PLAYER

This is an inexpensive Music On Hold player using solid-state technology so there are no moving parts to wear out. The provided SD (Secure Digital) memory card slots inside the unit to play your audio on continuous loop. Future audio updates can be sent on new SD cards or emailed for you to load onto the SD card at your premises. Full details of this product can be found on our Hardware page. This price not only includes the player but also a package of wires to plug into the standard 3.5mm RCA (small headphone socket) "MOH" audio input in your phone system. If these wires will not suit then please let us know.
